thought I'd post up a few pics for people to check out.
Solid roller, Ti intake valve, Inconel Ex valve. motor will be a 441 LSX block and a PTK kit with an 80mm turbo, should be a fun "street car"

Can you take a picture of the upper bolt location.I hope the little boss in between the two lower bolts will be enough clamping force without flexing.Ive been looking at the sbc stuff like the dart little cheif heads and i really like the way the head bolt pattern on that stuff.

For our app I think it will be just fine for 1000 rwhp or so.
I noticed you were pushing some water with your current iron block, so this especially interests you its just a 10mm stud for the LSX block if you are looking for something with more clamping force the warhawk setup is probably for you, bigger studs, different style, etc. On another note I dont think you are making enough power to lift heads, could be a head gaskets, tune combo thats making it happen.

I know the 80 is small, but it is capable or the power level, with an open wastegate, and a unrestricted exhaust I think it might be possible, 980 rwhp has been made a a 76mm. We will try this first and go from there. Did I mention I think this power will be made on less than 15 psi? haha.
