Damn Swirls!!!

Damn Swirls!!!
Ok so I'M pretty fed up, Ive tried a few different polishes, waxes, etc. I have a black trans am and its got great paint on it. Just swirled all to hell! I cant stand it, I get really picky and its pissing me off. I have both an orbital buffer (2400OPM) and a PC buffer which I can use. Can someone list me a step by step on products and what order to remove swirls and get my black paint back in perfect condition!!! What pads, etc do I need and polishes and all that. I don't want to order anything offline so it needs to be something from a local parts store (advance, auto zone, etc) I also have a paint supply store up the road as well. I'm so frustrated with messing with this!!!

Either call Steve @ Tropi-care and order from him over the phone, or find a local supplier that carries 3M or Meg's stuff and go buy it locally.
For the Meg's stuff, you need a yellow cutting pad and a tan finishing pad. you would need a cutting and a finishing pad for the 3M stuff also, but I do not know the product line well enough to make a recommendation beyond using the Ultrafina product line.
Some of the guys on here know 3M pretty well.
My first recommendation would be to call Steve @ Tropi-care http://www.tropi-care.com He can help you with what you need, and can take your order over the phone.

Ill probably go with Meg's since its available here locally. The local paint supply store has about anything I would need. As far as pads....if I am using Meguires #80 , do I apply with the yellow pad, and re apply with the tan pad as well? Or is that for the wax?

Yea, well last time I detailed the car I did it in this order:
Wash
Went over it with 3m polish for removing light scratches/swirls
Then McGuire Deep Crystal® System Polish step 2
And McGuire Carnabu wax
Swirls were less noticeable but still there!!! I applied the Polishes using the orbital buffer with a terrycloth pad and removed with microfiber rags. Then applied wax with foam applicator pad by hand, and wiped off with microfiber after it dried a little.

Step 1. Wash
Step 2. Clay Bar
Step 3. MeGuires #80 Dual Action Cleaner Polish w/ W-8006 Pad at around 1800 RPMS on the buffer
Step 4. Tech Wax - 2 coats.....

Yeah plan on using the PC, may get a buddy to help and do the rotary buffer.
As far as pads, if I cant get the W-8006 pad form the local store, what do I need to ask for? A mild cutting pad? Is this the only pad I will need? DO I need a finishing pad?

Nevermind, found my answer... 8006 pad for PC
If I do the rotary, use a 9006 finishing pad, since the rotary will cut more, need a less of a cutting pad.
Now, before this, how should I go about getting the current wax/polish off of the car? Or do I just wash , clay, and go at it w/ the #80?

wash, clay, hit it with the #80 .. no need to worry about the current wax/sealant unless it is Zaino.
Tech wax = Meguiar's NXT Tech wax 2.0

Gipraw hit it on the spot, NXT Tech Wax, I don't think its in a spray bottle.
Ill just wash it with dawn dish soap since it removes wax/polishes.
If I cant get a MeGuiar's 9006 pad, any other brands/colors that are similar (finishing pad) to use when applying the #80.
