Few questions about Zaino
I posted a pic of my hood below with the current method and products that I use. As you can tell it has a great look to it and is very reflective. I am just baout out of product and need to order more and I'm thinking about switching to Zaino.
I currently use all Menzerna products and use Blackfire Midnight Sun carnuba wax as my final step. My car is always garaged and is only driven about 1-2 times a month so longevity isn't my first priority. I just want something that flat out looks awesome (which I think I already have). So for the questions:
Can you get a really deep look with Zaino?
Does anyone ever top it with a carnuba wax for extra depth?
I've heard some people mention that it looks like plastic finish, is this ture?
What do you guys recommend?

well i have used zaino for a wile now and is the best thing out there that i have used and i have used most.
i used the blackfire wet diamond paint sealant and the black fire gives off a warmer glow but the zaino is glossyer and is more durable than the black fire.
i have heard good things about the mezerna fmj sealant but i havent used it.
to me zaino is the best but some like different stuff.
the glossyest i have seen my camaro is useing the mezerna intensive polish with a orange pad on my pc then the zaino z2 with the zfx after about 3 coats of that i would use there z8 spray sealant(that stuff is the **** lol).
i have the blackfire spray sealant and it wasent that good. only blackfire produck i like it the wet diamond sealant.

The FMJ is the last step that I use before I used the Wet Diamond carnuba wax and it seems to work pretty good. I can't find a spray product like the Z* that I like. I think I will make the switch within the next few months.
shaun, do you have any pics of your car like the one above?

There's no way to make your decision based on a picture.
Your true depth and shine will come from having a proper and completely prepped surface.
Zaino Z5 Pro and Z8 give a great finish - deep and wet. A carnauba like Pinnacle Souveran will give you a slightly softer glow, but it all comes down to personal preference. Only a trained eye is going to notice much of any difference.

I honestly don't think you will see a big difference (if any) by topping Zaino with a carnauba (compared to just using a carnauba). I don't think it would be worth your money. Have you tried applying glazes on your car and topping it with a carnauba? I've had great results doing that.
