Got some Projectors for christmas...Pics!

I have had a pair of those on my Silverado for over a year now and I'm very happy with them. I did have an issue with the low beam projector wiggling (fixed it with a little piece of bailing wire). I swapped out the halogen bulbs for HID H1 bulbs which required making a few spacers (to get the cut off right again). Plan to install a set on my new Tahoe and later on the Camaro.

Update? BTW, I added this to the Lighting FAQ.

Those are the same projectors I have. I love mine but I had to disconnect the three leds on the side. Do you have a problem seeing the halo's when the projectors are on? (Too bright)

Corvettekid82, those are pretty good. They appear slightly high though. The fog lights look like they could use some rotational adjustment too.
The projectors appear to have "squirrel finders" (the extra blotch of light over the cut off). Those are there to help light up road signs. When you add HID, those squirrel finders will become more intense, possibly too much. Please post pics when you get HID in there. If they turn out to be too much, you should cover them. Its a bit of work to do though since it involves opening the headlight housings and covering the hole in the cut-off shield (Some people use thin aluminum and aluminum foil tape).
Overall, pretty good. Definitely better than stock.

I just got these housings and put them in the car. Work great so far. I need to fine-tune the aiming some but they're in the ballpark. I put 5000k HIDs in them. I did notice that sticker that says "no hids" but that was over the brights socket area.
I haven't looked closely but the "squirrel finder" doesn't seem to be too bright with the HIDs. I can't see any little holes in the cutoff shield. I'll look at the car head-on and get some pics later to see if it glares at all. Nobody flashed their lights at me when I went for a test drive tonight though.
One thing I did notice I can't get the passenger light aimed quite as far to the right as I want. The very edge of the headlight hits the bracket that holds the metal headlight bracket on. Anyone else notice this? Maybe I'm just trying to go too far to the right.

Mine came with bulbs (which I seem to be lucky about?) and are bright enough for my tastes. If I had my car running I would get pictures. And I was able to get mine situated just fine with both screws. I never spaced them like others have had to do, the screws weren't long enough so I just said "F" it. The only reason they put the no H.I.D's on there is most likely because of heat issues. How do you like yours so far? And what did you end up doing with the three leds on the sides?
