Default LT1 Camaro Z28 with HID's

I have read the STICKIES and I understand that stock halogen housings weren't designed to project HID's, but my GF wanted some so I bought/installed some for her.

So here ya go:

(PLEASE EXCUSE THE CRAPPY CELL PHONE PICS, but the camera was low on battery.)

The pics don't do them any justice.

The first link under "General Headlight Upgrades" opens a longer list of links with more information.

BTW, I'd recommend staying away from putting HID into a halogen reflector. The beam pattern will be wrong.... but that doesn't stop some people from doing it anyway.

"PERFECT Z28" bought them for ME (THE GF) for an early Valentine's day gift for MY LT1.

And I don't appreciate that swinging bit!

Nice man do you think they are too bright? I was thinking about putting 6000k's in my sealed beams in addition to my 4300k projector fogs but I heard they are way too bright in the reflectors.

Yep, stock headlight, but she had bought these lights (sealed beam) not too long ago so they were in good shape (lens).

Yeah and they're also $350... and it looks like its the same kinda reflector housing.

This only cost me $75 and my time to install.

To be honest, we haven't really even had time to adjust them...but they are hella bright.
