Default What do you guys think about this emblem?

Im talking to specialized stainless about changing their LS X emblem alittle for us SS & FI guys. My idea would have it SS X
INTERCOOLED

SS X
TWIN TURBO

SS X
TURBOCHARGED

SS X
SUPERCHARGED
the SS lettering and X would be in red with silver outlineing !dropping the 427 and adding something like i posted above here! Does anybody have graphic skills to throw up a few of these together for us? copied from Specialized stainless's LS X 427emblem?

Personally, maybe I'm not your target market.....I don;t have and LSx motor.....I have an LQ4 and don't care to advertise it specifically.....even though I still sport a LS1 emblem

I think have them from same guy maybe..

Here are pics...very high quality emblems. I see zero wrong with putting twin turbo emblems on my car ,also got some nice 408 emblems as well. Most factory turbo or twin turbo cars have emblems and its common to see engine size emblems sometimes hp emblems.

Each to his own I guess..

Anyway not sure why you want to put the X unless its an LSX engine in there. Now I guess they are all generic lsx but why not put a 408 or 427 or whatever the actual displacement is or in litres possibly like 6.6 on the old tas.

I think that the X is there to represent what would go in its place. Such as 347, 408, etc...

Default SSX OR LSX for my SS fender?

This is what i thought too! I dont know, I just thought SS X would look sexy as **** on a SS,,, instead of LS !Also,i thought instead of the turbo or twin turbo under it, just putting INTERCOOLED under it. So what you guys are saying is screw the SS X idea and keep the LS Xwith INTERCOOLED under it?
PS LOL Take it easy on me too guys LOL Alot of you have seen pics of my car and know how **** i am about my baby LOL thus,is why your opinions really do matter to me (alot) and I know alot of you are going to jump on me for this too LOL,, but im really not feeling the factory red 35th LE fender badges that much. Am i alone? This is why i was thinking of haveing a custom fender badge made that still says SS on it and the X would kinda represents the LS performance. Like the X did on the87 buick GNX !!! Also, instead of cheapening up with twin turbo underneith,,, what about INTERCOOLED??
bottom line here !!!SSx or LSx with intercooled under it??

Barnat, I've always loved your car. You have a dead sexy setup. Your car is able to speak for itself.

I know how you feel about trying to get a fully custom emblem, but try and keep it subtle. I feel it will be far too cluttered by throwing on a badge that has some huge word such as "turbocharged", "intercooled" etc.

My suggestion is to keep it simple. If you're stuck on the SSx, or LSx, than do that, and then have in smaller letters "TT" underneath.

I hope that all made sense.

Yea,it does make sence! Your right !Since starting this project ive been trying for that nice clean look without ******* it up !!LOL Maybe ive been stuck on this LSX emblem because i use to own a 87 GN and always LOVED the 87 (GNX) LOL
After hearing everbodys comments about putting the turbo underneith,,,
i thought about doing the LSx or SSx with INTERCOOLED under it!??????
But maybe your right though. I know theres a point when you go to far on a build and maybe im there? LOL Maybe i just got to much time on my hands this winter with being a seasonal tree service and nothing to do with my time over the winter but LOOK and WORK on my ride!LOL

Thanks for the positive input my man! I guess shes a done project !!!LOL
