In the pics above is the lexan sandwiched between the front and rear housings? if not how is it held in place?

The Lexan is bolted on after the projector halves are put together.
Projector front>>projector back>>Lexan plate>>bolts through all three pieces and hex nuts on the back.

VIP1, I am still tweaking the covers for best fit. I have my g/f in town this week so limited time on the project =) As soon as I get some night pics I will post them up.
