I'm at a loss of what to do with pewter.

Such as: stripes? no stripes? What color decals if any? If an SS hood, manta? No manta? Ghost colors? Wheel Colors? Berger? Chrome? Carbon fiber?

What looks good with pewter?? lol..

I'm in the process of doin the black and pewter theme...satin black berger w/ stainless letters, Black staggered ZR1's, and tint and Manta hood are next...Maybe a Sunoco stripe down the side?!

Pewter and Black is the only way to go. I am a little biased though. . . .

I did black hockey stripes, painted my wheels black, blacked out all the corner lights, and the berger panel flat black. I used to have blackouts on the tail lights but it was a little too much black for me.

Well I dont have a Camaro, but I do have a LPM Trans Am.
Most of the accents I have are black, but I went a different direction with my rims. I just had to have something different than everyone else. I am in the process of using the same color thats on my rims for my valve covers (coil posts have been shaved), TB, and some other things under the hood. I will also be doing the Trans Am badges on the doors in the same color. New hood will be on soon and I am still debating on if I am going to do another hood bird in black or not. Will also be doing the CETA mod in black.
Rims look darker in this pic, but are lighter in color almost like a gold shade when the clear coat is in the sun

I think everyone will say pewter and black. I'm in the process of doing mine that way now. Just put a black decal set on and gonna paint my calipers black too. Sorry, but i don't really have any good pics yet. But i think black is the only way to go with pewter.

i feel the same way.... wonder if anyone has chacoal ghost accents to LPM? I have the greyish black GS stripes, but I wanted something more muted into the color... like:



maybe even a pearled color... pewter is metallic. something halfway chrome sorta. like a black or grey pearl.

or..

The black/pewter color looks nice... but i bet it looks better in person. I've never seen it in person. I didn't like pewter in pictures but when I saw it in person I loved it. So.... not sure if I love that combo yet thats why I made this thread

man i would do black, sunoco with the ''blackbird'' type stripes down the side blck chrome lettering with ar rebels, if not black i would do a polished wheel[tt2] insted of chrome imo it looks better.

I kept mine pretty simple, no stripes, special hood or SS spoiler. LPM w/ black and chrome theme here and there.

I've always thought metallic silver might look good, sorta like a ghost option, but like everyone else I went with black/chrome/stainless accents.

^ I like ghost options too... but maybe instead of lighter ghost maybe a dark ghost. like a muted tinted charcoal

While most people go with the pewter/ black, I went with pewter/chrome with a hint of blue. Only things blue are the calipers, z emblems, and front bowtie.
