Second the rear shot shows a reflection of the ground in the rear bumper cover, but no license plate holder ! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Not to worry like I said in a week I should have a set of 335/35/17s mounted and I will know once and for all ! <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />

To make a tire fit flush with the top of the fender like in those pics it would take one hell of a lot of suspension work and alot of metal work. In other words you would pretty much have to tub the car out to make it fit properly. I like wide tires but that doesn't like right IMO.

I mean that is a HUGE A$$ TIRE! I wonder what kinda person would try to make that fit?

BTW I have heard of people widening wheels. You could do a search on it. It could be done. But surely not worth it.(IMO)

Kumho makes a competition V700 tire in a 335/35/17. I will have a set Wednesday to mount on my 17x12 custom backspaced Torque Thrust II's. I'm using a 7" narrowed rear with a modified fender. I'll try to post pics in a week or so when the rearend is back in the car and the paint is finished <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I'm sure most people won't be interested in going through this much trouble. I feel like the extra width might help me on the street especially with the road race tires out back <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I am running 315 yokohamas on my 99 SS. I have an Eibach prokit on it also. I have not cut the bump stops, rolled or tucked anything and have no problems rubbing unless I go over one hell of a bump.

You can tell they're not 335s... those look WAY TOO BIG. 335s are big, but from the pic you'd think they were 395s...

I have a freind who is going to send me some pictures of 18x11 with 335/30/18's. These are off Alex Jablenski's car I believe. I might have butchered his last name but they are 295/35 front and 335/30 rear.
