Neat interior LED mod...anyone know who's car this is..
I'm working on a project and was looking at this site for LED's and saw this customer's car. What I really want to know is how this person did the LED's of the bird in the steering wheel. Hoping someone knows who's car this might be. The person signed it "Lou" and it's dated 11/05

As long as it's done right, and you don't have LEDs (or neons) hung all over in plain sight, it can actually look cool. I was initially going to go with neons, but then I found out about the LED kits, and never looked back. The UV LED effect looks killer when people wearing white clothing get in. But it's tough to photograph at night.
Here's a pic in daylight.

I have posted here and there. I've been busy the last few weeks though with the interior. Since I got laid off 6 wks ago I needed a project. Just didnt think it would take me so long but having to go to the store to get stuff....then try something else...then order this..then order that. I've had fun but also very aggravatedsometimes. BTW I may be PM'ing you on a mod you did ...just ordered some stuff for that today.

I got it from a non-sponsor, at least not one I've found on here. Took me a while to find him. And it is a multi-stage paint process; all done by hand, including the clear coat. Workman ships is supposed to be good for 3 years; resists UV deterioration. PM me if you want further info.
