In my opinion, I think it just looks funny. The sunken headlight look with square lenses fits unlike these. I say just throw some HID's in it and call it done.

just bolt the 98 headlights in, i mean the radiator supports are the same

I still think there will be more to it. The shape of the headlight vs. the shape of the bucket - I don't see it matching up very well without modification.
