Default reupholstered door panels/civic headlight retrofit

got sick of the old cloth door panels on the Z so i pulled them apart and re-wrapped them with some pleather from a fabric store. im really happy with the results, what do you guys think.

its not an f-body but figured id put up some pics of the retrofit me and my brother did on his civic. the projectors, HIDs, and angle eyes are out of a 745 BMW, that we retrofitted into the stock civic headlights

What adhesive did you use? How did you reattach the part you covered to the door panel? I want to do this to my door panels as well...I also want to do the lower part. Just not sure how to reattach the peices.

Yea, is there a write up somewhere for the panels? I want to wrap mine as well. Is it difficult or time consuming to take the door panels off?

It is easy to take off. I've done it many times to replace window motors and speakers. When you see the back side of the door panel, GM used pastic dowels to line everything up and then melted them down to secure the peices. I'm just not sure how to reattach those peices.

it is very easy to pull the door panels off. i just wraped over the existing fabric, and stapled it on the back side with 1/4 inch staples. i didnt use any adhesive because i didnt want to the mess of it and i wanted to be able to pull it tight all the way around.
