might be a little bit ghetto....but i'd take a touch of RTV silicone or something like that and put a dab in the hole on the bumper. let it set a little but not completely dry and thread your screw into that. dont need a ton of clamping force to keep a side marker in. aside from that, you could put a nut on the backside also.

is the head stripped or is the thread stripped? if it's the head, you can try cutting a slot and try using a screwdriver to remove it (you may mess up your lens though if you're not careful). if it's a stripped thread, you can try pushing on the bolt from the back while turning the head to try and get it to jump into a "good" thread. They're thread into clips, so it's the best shot you have.

Aren't they a 'Torx' socket, not an 'Allen'/hex socket?!?

Torx or hex, allen keys worked fine on all but three, the head is stripped on the screw.

Allen keys will strip a torx (I know you said it was done before, just saying be careful). Drill it out and buy a new screw, not a huge deal.

if your afraid of messing something up buy drilling it out mix up some jb weld dab it in the head and wait for it to set up a little bit and stick the allen head back in it and let it cure then it will come out for sure.

I would suggest the jb weld kiwk that sets up in like 5 minutes

So it works 75% of the time???? Not a great ratio IMO! There is not substitute for usung the RIGHT tool to start with. But at any rate they sell broken/stripped screw extracters at Sears or Lowes that look kind of like reverse rotation drill bits (the work the same as EZ outs without the drilling.) Get one of those and it will come right out. They should be about $10 or so.
