For my vertical adjustment the spring has to be completely compressed to get the proper height. Is that the adjustment you mean?

The metal holding the acrylic cover I didn't have over tightened... at least I didn't think I did, none of the other ones cracked on me...just this one.

I actually received a small shipment of projectors earlier this week from my supplier. 7 more kits are leaving tonight to those I emailed. I believe you were one of the 7 kits so you should have yours by next week.

For those still waiting, the projectors are due into the US tomorrow per Hella and will take a few days to get to my supplier. Per my emails annd notices I have posted a while back, the rest of the kits will ship by the end of the month. I appreciate those who are patiently waiting for this kit. It will be worth it!

The nice thing is that I'm told Hella is really stepping up production of the projectors used in this kit so wait times can be drastically reduced.

Were these 7 chosen at random or something?

I know I didn't get an email and per your email update in the beginning of march I was next in line.

You were one of the 7 and the kits are shipping in the order I received payment. The email went to the one you gave me when submitting your kit information. Maybe this is not your primary email? Please check your spam box just in case.

PM's and emails sent to those who just had their kits ship tonight. I've also sent out emails to those still waiting for their kit. We are still on schedule to ship by the end of the month. All of the other components are ready and built, just waiting for the projectors. Thank you again for your support and patience.

I'll get more pictures up for people in the next week or so... the weather has been bad enough around here that I haven't pulled the car out. And with me cracking the cover I didn't want to take it out. I got it in and all put back together so we are all good now!

Slight change/mod to the screw used for the third post on the low beams. I went to Lowes and got a 10-24 2" bolts instead of the 2 1/2" Brian sent. This secured my low beam perfectly and actually caused the aim to be almost completely perfect (just a rough estimate as I still need to aim them). The locking washer gets a good 3 or 4 turns once the nut gets tight and it just barely comes through the back (if at all).

So if you are finding the 2 1/2 screws are too long and rubbing the back of the support beam/not holding the headlight firmly, go pick up these.

I believe this cost me $2.50 for 5 of them. So I have 3 left over. The 2 1/2" ones Brian sent are perfect for the high beams.

BLS screw is the top screw, the Stainless Hillman is the bottom one.

I didn't want to clutter up this thread with a ton of pics.

Brian, you did a great job! Thanks for everything!
