Default Sneak Peak @ Some New Shiny Pieces For the SOM WS6!!!

I usually try to wait for installed pictures before showing off new parts but I had to share these!!! We went and picked them up at S&H Chrome in Nashville yesterday....they do the best work I have ever seen!!! I am very impressed and being they knew I was in a hurry for a show coming up their turnaround time was just 10 days!

BTW before its said stock LS1 calipers fit my needs PERFECTLY...had I wanted to upgrade trust me I would have.

Front Calipers

Rear Calipers

I was tired of polishing these pieces:

And we had to show the white car some love too:

Awesome, but yeah thats gonna be a bitch to keep clean. But on the other hand, driving on and off your trailer isnt going to dirty them too much...LOL

PS-You making the Hot Rod Power Tour since its coming so far South this year?

Yeah, nothing on my car gets dirty so thats not an issue. Some people dont understand the concept of a SHOW CAR I dont guess. It's no different at all than have a race car thats modified to the point you don't drive it on the street anymore...period.

Yeah, we planned to do the long haul but I think we may just join up in Chatanooga and come down from there.

Yeah thats a TB cover. Both were polished before and a PIA to keep polished compared to the chrome.

Chrome is most definitely easier to keep up with compared to polished, just like wheels. Polished are nice, but chrome is so much easier.

Tell me about it! I dont want to get into the price but like I said I could have went with any aftermarket brake set up I wanted had I chosen to go that route. I know you have had some chrome work done so you know, but the thing most people dont realize is its not like they just "dip it in chrome". There was over 20hrs in smoothing and sanding the pieces before were chromed. Thats where the expense is.

I like driving mine to cruise ins and at events...there is nothing done to the car that makes it where its not drivable. I have a lot of money in the car but no where near the amount of some cars its beat at shows because I have done all the work myself. I wanted to build a show car I could take to any show anywhere and not feel out classed at...and thats what I have done. Thats pretty rare for a 4th Gen F-body.

I do the same thing with my Z that sits in the garage 90% of the year. I don't own mine to daily drive but to keep as clean as possible. For me, it's all about the cruise-n-show. Just when I think you can do no more........you do. Nice job bro!
