Nice job dude. I see you just left the fast alone. I thought you would have done something with it.

Awesome job Brian.. You will need to get a vid of the first start up for damn sure

Did you do you poly motor mounts? Also why didn't you paint your intake?

if i'm not mistaken they quit making the 92. from now on its only the 102.

which pisses me the **** off. what are us stock cube guys supposed to do for an intake? i guess i'll have to resort to surfin the classifieds.

and yeah heads are a huge PITA. thought i was gonna be bolting them up and throwin it on the dyno. NOPE, the valves were all pitted and were not gonna seal. plus the guides were shot. good news is since they are 799's and not 243's they have the exact same valves as the 241's and my 241 valves were in perfect shape but they aren't gonna be done till monday.

That's stupid as **** if they don't make the 92 anymore. First they stop the 90, then they stop the 92? I understand bigger is better.. but ****, don't offer JUST the big.

I'm doing some small things now til my friend comes back over.. hopefully we'll get a lot done.

Quick question if anyone knows.. I'm about to install the new torque arm bushing. I took the bracket out that holds the bushing in place.. Is it riveted in? If so do I have to drill it out and just sit the new bushing in it?

I'm guessing that would depend on the bushing, but I'm assuming its a one piece? In that case, yes, you have to drill out the stock one which is riveted in, and just put the one piece in and bolt it together.

Yes it's a one piece with the big circular hole in the middle. I took the one clamshell bracket off the car.. do I need to take the other side out too?

Thanks squee

Yea, you need to remove the piece that bolts to the trans as well and remove both pieces of rubber. I had to do the same, except I went with the Engergy suspension, which is a two piece design, like the stock and bolts in. Its was a BITCH to get together cause the polyurethane is so hard. I went with the BMR torque arm like yours and its so much easier to get together with the one piece its not funny.

And no problem man...
