Default 93-97 to 98-02 firebird tail light swap possible?

Hey I'm new to the forums and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I was wondering if it was possible to swap the 93-97 tail lights to the 98-02 tail lights. Either the entire tail light or the covers. I'm basically looking for the hexagon look on a 93-97 firebird. Thanks in advance.

If it's the same as camaros, then yes, but you have to swap the wiring harness too. I'm sure someone that owns a firebird will chime in though.

Just purchase a set of "honeycomb" 98-02 tail lights and put them in. We did it to a friends 96 Firebird. They bolt right in and look great.
