To others that put c6 projectors in, how do I go about finding some?
Hopefully I'll get these halos tomorrow!

I'm sure the quality of those is better than what I have.

What do you guys think about this:

I'm going to wire the outer halos (keeping them the stock white/blue whatever they came as) and those leds on the sides to the parking lights.

Then I'll wire the inner red halos to my fog lights.

Would that be cool? Would the fog lights drown the red halos?

If you use the LEDs Id only use them for blinkers, I wouldnt have them on all the time.

I completely removed my halos and Leds, I think he is replacing his halos with Real CCFLS. Ive done it on my xterra and they seem to be holding up fine. The cheap LED fake halos are shitty.

Hmmm not a bad idea. I wonder how that would look.

Yeah the inside halos will be the red ccfls, the outside ones will be the LEDs, probably going to run those with the parking lights.

This is just me, but if you gonna go throught the trouble of opening the lights, might as well replace the cheap LED halo....I will show you a comparison, of a led halo from ebay vs a real ccfl that I used..

I dont think I need to tell u which one is which........

the lens are holding up good so far. i dont do a whole terrible lot of night driving, and they have only been on for a yr or 2 now. and i might have to do this CCFL thing to mine if I ever tear into them.. or just remove the ring altogether

My lenses still look good on mine, Have had them a year and a half, this includes 2 winters. The driver side got scuffed up from this past winter when I got acquainted with a guard rail but that wasn't the fault of the lens!

I've got a question, those who have been putting CCFL's in their halo's, where did you get the CCFL rings?

actually Yes you can, Ive seen it done via retro solutions website....but I dont actually know how to mount them. Maybe some hot glue on the base (not the bulb part) or maybe some clear fishing line? Just be careful getting the case off without breaking the bulb, and test them, make sure they work before putting them in. I just used a cordless drill battery.

Dont worry bout the questions bro, Im not an xpert but I have tore apart a few sets of lights.

Thanks man, I'm hoping these damn things aren't too small now. But I have been thinking, even if they are I could always mount them where the chrome ring is around the projectors.

This stupid place is taking FOREVER to ship these out, they just shipped (or entered the tracking number) yesterday, didn't know it took a week to pack and ship 2 fans
