Halos came today, I have one headlight in the oven so i can do a test fit. the rings are smaller than the stock ones, so I have some different options to work with.
And nope, haven't painted them yet

These headlights were a paint in the *** to take apart, they are probably going to be even worse to get back together. Anywho, here are some teaser pics. The halos were too small, but actually fit really nice on the chrome ring around the projector. So i'll be keeping the LED halos in there as well.

Actually I think I'm going to mount them on the inside rings, sort of using your idea haystack but some thin wire instead of fishing line. This way the HIDs won't outshine them.

headlights are in, i screwed up the wiring somehow. i wanted to leds to go on with the blinkers (somehow they just turn on with the car) and i wanted the white halos to go on with the parking lights (they don't turn on at all)
But the red halos came out pretty sweet![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

Looks good, but I guess you can only "parkin lot pimp" those. What do you plan to do with your lighting? You going HID or standard halogen? I can tell you one thing, my HIDS were a tight fit and there is no way I could have installed the bulbs with the lights on the car.

I have the HID 6000k, they are in just didn't take a pic of them. The red halos actually still show up pretty bright with the HIDs on too. I just need to figure out the wiring for my other crap

For the blinker one, I used the brown/black wires, and left the third one out. For the parking light I think there were only brown/black wires.
Brown being power, black being ground

Got the wiring all settled. One of my fog light switches came in today. I have that fog light switched getting power from my radio, and then giving power to my red halos. All the lights/illumination on the actual switch are all hooked up. My red halos now go on/off at my will, but also turn off when my car is turned off.
The side LEDs are connected to my blinkers, and are actually pretty darn cool.
The white halos are connected to the fog lights (for now until my other switch comes in)
Other than that, just need to button everything back up and snap some photos/videos.
Oh one of my HIDs has a very faint flicker, so I guess I need to go over all my connections for that.
