Default 2009 CTS (Paint Correction)

I got the chance to detail this beautiful 2009 CTS

2009 Cadillac CTS

I got a phone call from this client about a week and a half ago. He was interested in getting a full correction done to the car since a friend of his messed up the finish on the hood and a rear pillar with a high speed buffer trying to remove a bird dropping. Besides that the paint was full of swirls and the front of the car had some bugs on it but it didn’t look to bad till I started to buff it. The paint was pretty dull for a 2009, but I was able to take car of that

Wow, did someone try to polish it with something like 105 and a rough pad and just leave it like that?

Dont know if you're aware of this or not... But this is the Appearance and DETAILING section.

OP, looks great. Nice job. That car was a train wreck for being an 09 before you got a hold of it.

Kinda like build threads. You know the ones.....the guys looking for attention about what they "want" to do to their car and how the thread goes on and on for a year and a half without the "build" coming to completion. It starts making you wonder why they started a thread like that when they didn't have everything sorted out yet and only needed to install what they had, so when something like a family emergency happens they gotta stop what they started. I mean....it's a "build" thread, not a "look what I'm about to buy ...eventually.... and then have someone else install it for me..... eventually, in the mean time I'm gonna ask rhetorical questions to rub my ego" thread.

Oh wait....just found a thread JUST LIKE THAT!

Oh...sorry for being so "blunt". But it seems that's your excuse for always being rude, so I figure it should work for me.....right?

If you don't want people to know the license plate number, you gotta do it to all of the pictures
