Default want opinions on high quality headlights

Well, my 02 Z28 has one brand new looking headlight, and one is super yellow and hazy. I don't want to spend the time to try to make the old one look new, and I like the look of some of the aftermarket projector style headlights I've seen.

After searching around on here for info about them, I've seen lots of people say that most of the aftermarket headlights are cheaply made and crack around the edges. Does anyone have any reccomendations for some aftermarket headlights with better than average quality?

I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for", but I would like to keep it under about 200 bucks.

I was thinking of something like this:

Thanks for any opinions.

I had those in my car and hated them cause the light output with the bulbs that come in it sucks and now there in the fiancees car cause she wanted em and now they have HID's 5K in them and they still suck.

I mean I'm not trying to steer you away from them cause when all the stuff is hooked up they look good on the apperance side but as far as the visibilty side, thats where they suck though. The brackets are cheaply made so I used the ones off the factory headlights and that didn't help to much cause I still haven't got them adjusted to where they need to be cause I guess of the way there made.

It seems like the sonars get the best overall reviews.

are you talking about these?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/98-02...Q5fAccessories

I searched a few places for sonar headlights and this is what I came up with. Although I'm still not sure if sonar is the company that makes them, or the style, or what. I couldn't find a home webpage for the "sonar" light company...I guess these are the ones. So do people usually put different bulbs in these also? are they a true plug and play setup? I do understand that if I want the halos to work there is some additional wiring involved. I'm not sure yet if I want to do that or not.

Any other opinions or info on this?

thanks..

The ones I had were plug and play. And people put HIDs in these type headlights all the time. Weather they are the Sonars or Eagle Eyes or whatever else is out there.
