Default ASAP: Need opinions of black ZR1's on NBM Camaro

Hey guys, I've got a Navy Blue Metallic Camaro and wanted to know what your opinions were on black ZR1's on this color? Does anybody got pics? I would think that it'd look cool but I'm unsure since I've never seen it done before. Any opinions and pics would be greatly appreciated.

I think the dark car and dark wheels would be too much. Although I do like the look of black wheels which polished edges!

PWRTRIP, FINALLY! Someone agree's w/ me on the TTIIs lol. Truthfully, the grand sport (black wheel w/ polished lip) would be too much on a black car. Even on a white car, i dunno how well it would look. If you had a silver car, maybe then. If anything, just get a like satin finish, nothing too fancy/flashy. But a set of chrome ZR-1s, Fikse FM5s or chrome Z06s would really set it off better then a dark GS style rim

And if you wanna be different, Xsta probably still has the pic of the SS w/ the Mallett 396 wheels. They really are good lookin rims

I liked my GS wheels on the NBM Camaro. I have them on my pewter vert now and they look great!!

How does everyone have TT2s? Do you mean on the internet?

Ive only seen one other Fbod out here with TT2s. Its a nice wheel, who cares if its popular, theres a reason for that.

It just seems every where you look, you see a torque thrust, or TT look-a-like. The Bullitt wheels on the mustang. TT IIs, boyd smooties they're everywhere. yes they're popular, but to me, they're not that great of a wheel.

I still say chrome on an NBM car. it'll set off the dark blue perfectly!

IMHO, I don't think I would like the black wheels on an NBM car. I have seen another "similar" black wheel on an NBM SS and it was just too dark for my taste.

many people on LS1tech have them, on the streets I see them, I like the way they look but I like to be different, but I would not go with a black wheel...makes the car look sickly

Check the pic in my sig. Silver WS6 with black rims with a polished lip. I have yet to have a negative comment made about them.

On NBM, it may just not look right... who knows. I think it would kinda clash. Black rims like mine look GREAT on a black car. Mine are the originals that came on a black Mecham... looked killer on it but he wanted 18" V1's.
