Still here.....thanks for dusting this thread off. Wow it's been a while, but I've been a little preoccupied with other schtuff lately...family, vacations, work, blah, blah, blah....you know, the usual build killin stuff.

As far as progress goes, its been unbeliveably painful how the reeeeally small **** takes up so much time and or cost an arm and a leg. Most recently, a pretty cool coil location, the AC accumulator and related plumbing (rediculously sick, btw), to a fastener scheme i could live with under the hood....which, btw, started as 4 separate combo's of washers and bolts that took months to find, 2wks to decide on, then took another 2 to finally get!!!! Trust me when I say there have been small victories, I just haven't posted them.

Anyway, so I finally have a realistic milestone to hit to debut this multi-year project.....SEMA! Spot is confirmed, sponsor is committed (or crazy - lol, same difference?), so theres going to be a full court press to complete this mess over the next couple months.

Week after next she heads off for trans, exhaust install. Body shop should be done with a handle full of "cash projects" by then.....cant wait, it may look like a real car before the end of the month!

In the meantime, here's a peak at my coil relocate. A little more tweaking, clean them up, powder them (maybe) and should do for now until I can have some nice ones made....winter project . Went with truck coils as they packaged better. Bent some aluminum stock and hung them from the engine mount bolt. Slip on, slip off . Still have to have some wires made.....gonna stop by Magnecore next week to see what they can do.

Shame on you Rick...no wipers = no rain, sooo.....no worries?

Made some excellant progress this weekend. First time this car hit all fours with new rubber with a new bullet in 8 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hood, fenders (no fascia yet ) Headed to the shop tomorrow for driveline and exhaust install. Installed hood, fenders, wheels, popped some underhood fasteners in, FINALLY finished ABS/Hydro brake lines (needed to be re-bent to fit new length of master), new -8 cross over line (replaced -6)....

Cell phone pics suck, but was pretty jacked so my apologies in advance...

Looks amazing. I think I might be the only one that does not like the intake. Just too much going on with that thing ha ha. The quality of work you put into that bay though is top notch

Lol...yeah, the intake can be hard to look at for many reasons. Might be too soon to say, there is a plan "B" and "C" if it doesnt work out

Appreciate the props...

Thanks Ben...yes, hydra thingy (lol) uses ps pump pressure. Here's an image to show where lines run to and from:

Lol, thanks. I have a feeling life at home would get complicated if I proposed a TT set-up. Now a KB piece......

Car is in the shop getting fitted with clutch (PITA, btw), trans and duals (also a PITA)....glad it was someone else and not me this time Once complete it goes BACK to the body shop (no ****!) for a few paint adjustments, fascia install, full wet-sand, then home so I can spend the next 3mo cleaning it
