Pictures of 315's on my 9.5's
Ive never seen anyone post pictures of this done so I will, I just had these put on a couple days ago. I did it for one I got the tires for 75 bucks and two they look so mean from the rear. Im running them at 18psi so the center doesnt wear fast. These rims are 17x9.5 Chrome ZO6 wheels.

I would not recommend such a low pressure for normal driving. Let the air out at the track but keep the manufacturer recommended pressure in for the street! They were not designed to run extended periods at 18psi.

remember stock wheels are only 9" so it is a little narrower.
after seeing 315 BFG's, i would never attempt it, other than short dragstrip runs, ect.
but the good news is they throw gravel all over the cars behind you... (i followed a LT1 car for 45 miles with 315's on it... i gave him lots of distance

Can I offer a little advice? I know people have mentioned it already, but I would seriously reconsider having those tires on those wheels. If you notice the amount of "ballooning" past the egde of the rim, it will give you an indication of how much pressure the bead of the tire is under. 315's should at least be put on a 10.5 or larger rim. I am sure they hook alot better than the stockers in a straight line, but how often do you find yourself doing a little "spirited" driving down a twisty road? This tire and wheel combo could have some serious implications if you really start pounding on the corners some day. I dont even want to get into the ramifications of what could happen under a high speed situation. You could very easily pop the bead of the tire off under a lateral G load and it just gets ugly from there, for the car or you or both.
Not trying to rain on your parade, they do look good, just trying to offer some advice from the "been there, done that" peanut gallery.

I'd like to know which 'professional' tire shop actually mounted those size tires on those size rims - whomever they are, they're putting themselves in for a real lawsuit when you take that 1st sharp bend at high speed
