It's all good. For some reason I allways notice this type of thing and typeO's. You should hire me to go through your site and correct all spelling, typos and misprints. my fee will be 1 6LE Splitter or rear diffuser to go on the Firehawk =D

I am having trouble programming the tachometer. Followed the instructions but redline is still at the 7500 default.

I would believe them to be accurate. I think the inaccuracy comes from converthing the digital readout (PMC) to the analog gauges in the dash. This unit is simply a display of the digital readout. If I plug in my OBD2 scanner, in real time, I can see water temp in 1 degree incriments, but the dash gauge I can't. Same thing here....you are getting the digital outputs as opposed to analog. Thus, I would trust the values it's outputing.

Better contact 6LE directly since they are selling their items out to close up shop.

The HUD came in yesterday so it actually only took 6 days! Paid by paypal ,,, thanks again Gil!!

Here is a PIC of the install. I actually cut into the bezel so it looks a lot better ... just need to find some grey and do a little more modification/ touch up but here is my rough draft. It doesn't stick up much, there is even enough room for it to be damn near flush if you hide the buttons on the side which I didn't in case I want to mess with them.

Its a plug and play so its not hard at all, the hardest part was cutting in the dash with a dremel. Had to cut a little then match then cut some more. I need to go to the hobby store and buy some paint to match the dash. I use the clear silicon loctite to seal in the unit from what I cut out. I should have taken picture but I was so excited I just went at it! lol

After a couple years, one led is dead and one is on the way out so one of the numbers can get hard to read now. Otherwise, I love mine. I'm looking in to replacing mine with the other flatter rectangular HUD to see if I like that one better.
