You've got the 93-97 bird on your front bumper, you might as well match in the rear.

I had a red 1994 Formula and the bird on the front was body color. That's not really a big deal. As for the rear decals I'd go with the 93-97 style as it will match the font on the sides and the emblem on the front. Coloring the pontiac letters on the back and getting a snappy bird/"firebird" decal for the taillight panel really helps though. I'd recommend getting silver though. The red won't really pop that much. I definitely go black with the lettering unless you intend on a different color scheme.

You can buy decals/paint the inside of that front bumper bird, but stock, it comes unpainted. My point was there's no sense in having the 93-97 bird in the front and the 98-02 bird in the rear.
Unless you plan on doing anything else color scheme wise (I recommend you wait till you repaint the car), just go for the stock look in the rear. Red 93-97 emblems.
