Default VFN 3" SS hood with satin black manta and berger mod!!! (Pics)

Just finished the hood today!!!! Factory Sebring silver with Dupont "Hot Rod" black manta and berger panel. I also added all stainless SS and Bowtie emblems thanks to emblempros.com. Sorry for the crappy cell pics. I'll take some better pics once I get the car cleaned up.

Yeah, probably won't run 10.90s in street trim. lol I could probably squeeze out an 11.1x. I've got 17x11s with MT 295/45/17s that I usually run on the street but aren't on the car right now.

I think you'll be ok. I've got a fast toys 98mm lid and it clears no problem.

Looks great. Have been trying to decide between the 3" SS and regular SS hood for some time. Going to do the same satin black manta on it. This definitely helped my decision

Thanks, I was a little skeptical about doing the satin black at first but it turned out great. I'm also painting the sail panel satin black in a few weeks.

I Love it! Wish I had saved for a 3 inch ss hood, but went with an Ultra Z hood to be different.

No, I havent really adjusted it yet. I'm sure I could get it to sit a little lower.

To be honest I've never been a fan of that hood, but the fact that your car runs 10's makes it ok

That hood is "NASTY" in a good way. How can I do this to my SS hood? Would I need a whole new hood or I can use my oem to make the scoop higher?
