Default 4th Gen Z/28 Rear Panel

I stumbled upon a video on youtube, and saw this camaro that has a rear panel that just has a Z/28 emblem... Looks like it's a completely new rear panel considering that usually it just says camaro with engraved letters. This panel looks as if it is completely flush with just an emblem. I was wondering if anyone else has this rear panel, or knows where I can find one? I'm looking for one to put on my '98 Z/28. Any input would be appreciated.

It's probably the stock panel with the lettering shaved and repainted and stuck a new emblem on it...

Ahh, that's a good guess... I was hoping it was just an aftermarket panel I could purchase. It's worth the work though, I don't know how I would go about shaving the rear panel. I have no experience with any bodywork like that. But finding a Z/28 emblem should be no problem at all.

You take a bondo or fiberglass and fill in the letters. Do a search for shaved Berger panel. It might pop up

Gotcha.. thanks! I'll probably have a body shop do it for me since I'm still new to body work and whatnot, unless it's that simple? If it's a simple procedure I'll probably end up doing it myself because it's hard to spend money on appearance instead of performance when your on a budget hah.

Its pretty simple, but you need to give extra attention to the sanding, or you will be able to see a silhouette of the letters.
