I wouldn't wrap the intake..... NOT a good idea. Think of the heat it's surrounded by. I'm wrapping some interior pieces now in di-noc and it's kind of a pain. Underhood stuff?? Dip it.

No doubt that it looks good but it doesn't have the textured look and feel of real carbon. 3M makes a pretty good vinyl wrap as does Headlight Armor. Headlight armor will send a free sample if you go to their sight. I used the sample to make my Pontiac Arrowheads carbon. I'm making a shaker setup for my GTO using the shaker from a '77 T/A and was planning on wrapping that as well. Idk how easily you could wrap the contours of an intake though. Hydro-dipping might be your best bet for that...
