Carbon fiber wrapped intake?
Has anybody tried to use the carbon fiber wrap on a Fast intake? If so I would love some pictures, and if not why? Too much heat? I'm looking to change the looks of my engine bay and I figure some carbon fiber and stainless accents would set it off.

There's a guy on YellowBullet that does a bunch of crazy badass hydrodipping.

I have a friend who can do it... he did a set of GTO frcs a while back... they were killer... only problem is the curves.. you will definitely distort the weave if you wrap it...I would suffest just a CF cap...but that's just me...

Oh and another question... I have a FAST intake and I plan on keeping the lettering. So how would that work if I used the dipping method? Could I paint on top of it or sand it off or what?

I think they both look great. I really don't see much of a difference, but that might change when looking at them in person.
Does Roger at Emblempros do wrapping or hydro dipping? I was looking at the Yellow Bullet guy and his stuff is awesome. Plus his location is a lot closer to me, but the price difference might make me change my mind.
