I was going to do this on my bike but it's illegal here in PA to have brake lights like that.

There's a kit from a company that makes a flasher, it flashes 3 times and then stays lit. I can't recall the name of the company.

Yep, but every LEO I am friends with has told me time and time again he's not going to cite anyone for an aftermarket exhaust unless it's absolutely obnoxious, or he's looking to add some money onto the citation if the person is being a toolbag.

Red flashing lights, even rear facing, can scare a driver. I'm sure you know all the idiots out here on the roads as it is. Add a light that blinks red and watch them freeze up and hit you! Who knows, though.

That's basically what we had on our ambulance brake lights.

yea, the only thing is idk about compatibility with normal bulbs...

however, ide suggest against a constantly strobing brake brake light... first time any cop sees that, whether is supposed to be legal or not, your going to get pulled over, and hes gonna find every single thing he can to write you up on

where as something like this, your trying to get someones attention, but not be obnoxious

I've got similar units wired up to my LED third brake light. I got mine from Autolumination.
