I wanna see what kind of setup you guys are using if yall have an aftermarket steering wheel on your car, im thinking of getting a momo.

my brother has a momo gotham in his mustang, by far my fav wheel, feels great and looks killer, im going to order one soon

HAWK thats the exact steering wheel i want!!!! how did you get it on there? any problems?

 

No not really. I bought the Momo Adaptor, then installed it. It was a little tight on the plastic column so I have access to a metal lathe and just turned the adapter down just a little bit. It kinda gave it a nice machined look so I liked that as well. But if you have a bench grinder or something like that if you took ur time to make sure you dont take too much off at one time you can make it fit. Or just file down the plasic inside the column.

 

where did u get the momo adapter from? their website? or somewhere else

 

my brother got his in a package on ebay,think wheel,adapter and everything else ran a lil over 300,

That the same one I just got, I just need to get the Momo adapter machined down. The base of it is 7/8" tall, so does anyone know exactly how much height to take off, to keep the gap at < 1/8" ?

i think 4th gen ta interiors dont look good with aftermarket Steering......looks better with stock and steering controls.
