Alright, so I took off my old blue knight rider light and replaced it with a new red one that scans faster too. It looks a lot better now that it matches the grille lights and makes the car look evil!

Thanks guys! The knight rider is from plasmaglow, its just a 15 inch light bar, and the grille lights are red 88mm ccfl rings. I just wired it all up together.
Heres a better pic of the grille lights.

Its only $35 lol. And the red rings were like 6 a piece. Its just took a little bit to wire up cuz I wired it to a switch in the car. And just an fyi, I used velcro to hold on my scanner light. It worked so much better once i decided to take off my old one cuz I could just take it off and put the new one in place. I used clear rtv silicone to hold on the rings.

Thanks CamaroSS427! and ya direct from them is pretty expensive but ebay and amazon has em cheap. And another fyi, it has 3 wires on it. Red, red/black, and yellow. You solder the yellow one to the red/black one to make it a single ground wire instead of havin 2 grounds, cuz the yellow is if you hook it up to the alarm light
