Ok guys, just want to get some thoughts and opinions. In the process of my interior rebuild i managed to break every single one of my A/C vents taking them out (dont understand why as ive had them out plenty of times before with no problem) but it gave em the idea to see if i could replace them with something else. So my question is has anyone else adapted something from another vehicle? I considered gauges for awhile but I really dont have a need for anything other than what i already am running. I guess worse come to worse stockers with trim rings but i just wanted to see if anyone else had tried something new and get some discussion going.

do a search, i remeber seeing a thread a few months back about people that have adapted more modern vents into the trans am holes. They looked good, i just cant remember what vehicles they came from.

Somebody put some in from...a Jeep or something? But basically looked stock with trim rings...looked good though.
