Alright so i had this shift **** for a while and just never got around to putting it on because it didnt fit for one, but the handy help of a dremel i shaved down the column to fit it and cut a little box in the ashtray to store the little computer device and i'm happy with the outcome. will post install pics later.

How does it know what gear its in? Do you have to start out in 1st and go up or can you put it in any gear and it knows where its at?

I like that a lot. I really like the G force meter they sell.

Apparently it displays what gear you are in on the shift ****. If you look at each picture it shows a different gear. You can also watch a video on Youtube.

I thought it was something different than my old black ball **** from my V6 in high school haha but it's pretty simple all you do is push a button for center neutral, then again for left and right neutral, and then shifting it in gear it tells you to. It was pretty pricey but I think it was worth it

I just keep thinking that if you need a **** that tells you what gear you are in, you don't belong in that car. But hey, to each his own. Enjoy.

theres not really a point because if you dont know what gear you are in, you will have to look down before letting off the clutch to make sure you are in the correct gear and that would seem to take up alot of time. now if the numbers showed on the dash, then it would be really cool
