Oh, sub frame connectors. Yes, they do make a huge difference, I put them on my '92 with T-tops, but there is still going to be more flex compared to a hard top with sfc's.
I plan on eventually putting in a full cage, 12 point I believe it's called, connecting the front towers all the way the the rear shock mounts. The thing is, it probably still won't be as good as my C6 Corvette targa. Just hard to get a unibody to be as good as a well designed full frame car I guess.

SFC's will still do more than that ever will. And if you need real stiffness a cage will fix that
