Solution to the RS Ground Effect Front Bumper Gap

Solution to the RS Ground Effect Front Bumper Gap
I have a 2002 Camaro with the factory RS ground effects kit on it. The more I look at the car, the more I can't stand the gap that is in the front bumper where the ground effects just randomly stop. I like the rest of the kit and want to keep it but I am look for something to fix the front bumper issue.
I have been looking at the RK Sport front valances and I kind of like those but I'm not sold on it. I was also thinking about getting a 6LE front splitter and just putting that on but I cannot find any pictures of people that have the RS kit and the splitter.
Just looking for ideas to do with the front bumper. I have looked around on the forums and haven't found anything I liked yet. Any ideas you have are much appreciated.
Here are some pictures of the car as it is now.

The 6le splitter does not extend down any lower than the body, so it does not flow with the side pieces. There is a front lip available from a company on eBay, someone here had a thread posted with pics of it installed. From what I recall of that lip, I don't really think it would flow too well with the factory stuff though.
Outside of the rksports lip, which flows well with the kit, you've got the wings west setup. Wings west has a front lip that will work, although it hangs down slightly lower I believe, it's still close enough to work with the factory kit. That is the route I considered with my old car.

Yeah, I have considered all of them. They just all seem a little too ricey for me and I am looking for something a little cleaner. I already picked up an rksports lip but like I said I am just not sold on it.

Look up Cobrahunter on here. His car was pretty nice with the wings west kit. It was the only reason I considered swapping to that front lip.
Over the years though, I've come to appreciate the cleaner look of the camaro without any body kit. CME excluded.

If you get a splitter from us just put in the notes you want TRANS AM HARDWARE. This makes it work with your GFX. It will make a line from the bottom of the GFX all the way across. There will still be a "hole" but there will be spacers there and it will channel air to the radiator...

Thanks Guz. I have been trying find more pictures of that lip around but haven't found much their neither. I want to get a good idea of what it really looks like before I buy it. Seems like it flares a little too much when it reaches the wheel wells, at least imo.

I agree. That sharp angle at the sides doesn't flow too well with the body, and it probably wouldn't look right along with the factory kit.
Your options are pretty damn limited.. Still more options than the t/a guys though!

So found this picture when I was looking around. Took a while but I finally found one. Here is a link to the thread with other pictures of the car.

He pin striped the edge of the splitter silver so that's why it stands out a little more.

That's my buddies car. Last I recall he had removed the entire kit and was running a CME setup. Think he had painted the CME valence, Berger and his wheels a matte black as well. And he had beveled the edge of the splitter similar to what 6LE had as an option. He made the splitter himself. Think he also had one of the high rise spoilers on it now as well. Haven't seen him in a few months though, so I forget exactly.
