Default Just a couple of new pics with Tech Wax

Finally gave the Meguiars NXT Tech wax a try. Really liked it. I was talking with a rep that used to work for Dupont, and he said this was great for dark cars. No swirls or scratches. Very nice.

Wash, wax and cruise. I'm tellin' you guy's, this stuff is alot easier than Zaino and cheaper. Plus, it's only 2 steps: wax and buff. I know there's alot of people that swear by other stuff, but this wax has me sold. I also bought the NXT quick detailer which is more of a wax, too. I go over once in the morning with my Cali duster, then touch up spots with the detail wax and voila, right back to my "wet" car again. Awesome.

Fortunately, no, it's not original paint. Click on my sig to see what I started with. Bought it from a salvage yard, totaled. Decide to do the entire car. I paid $4500 for her originally. I would say I've got about $11K or so in it. My father-in-law used to work for SLP. That was REALLY nice.

Does it get chalky and powdery when you buff it off?

I hate that on dark cars because the powder always gets around the badges and stuff...it's just a pain to have to clean that off too.

NXT dusts very slightly and I don't believe it has any carnauba in it.
