Z06 Brake Calipers?
Hey guys I have a NBM Z28 and right now I have silver grand sport hash marks and silver Z emblems. I recently vistied a guy in my home town that rebuilds wrecked corvettes and he has a set of Z06 brake calipers for sale pretty cheap. Do you think that the red calipers will look good on a navy blue car. I think they look good on the blue Z06's IMO. I was just wanting a second opinon on how they would look on my car..
Thanks

What color red, or shade of red would you use for a NBM car? I plan to paint mine red once i get my new rotors and pads, and am wondering what exact paint color to get as well as what the color code might be? What is the red that the Z06 calipers have on them already?

the most important thing to do is get everything as clean as possible. Even if you sand, grind, whatever, make sure you clean everything really good with Prepsol or some kind of prepaint cleaner before you shoot them with paint. Make sure there is'nt any brake dust and grime on them at all or the paint won't last very long.
