Default Whatcha using on Clear coat scratches?

I have a couple decent sized clear coat scratches in my clear coat of a black car. What do you do to work it out? I was using Zaino Z5 polish and an orbital, no luck...and these are pretty superficial scratches. Any suggestions? GS-27?

Porter Cable 7424 DA orbital. Menzerna IP applied with orange pad followed by Menzerna FP2 applied with white pad. No more scratches. No swirls. Just shiny and blue.

For a black car, you really need to invest in a Porter Cable buffer. Menzerna, Poorboy's, 1Z, and Meguiar's all make very nice polishes.

Zaino didn't help you because it has no abrasives and only fills VERY minor imperfections.

Here are a couple of articles that may help you out:

If the scratches are small, do everything by hand and save yourself a hundred bucks or more in polisher equipment.

Go to a local store and buy some 3M compound and 3M polish. Cheap, local and you dont have to mail order.

Thanks for the tips my fellow masters in shine.
I think I have some old 3M laying around...If my elbow gets sore, may need to upgrade my orbital.
