I've got a pewter 2000 Trans Am, and am looking to do the accents in black. Not going for the chromed out look. I'm probably going to do the door panel Trans Am badges, rear bumper fill-in Pontiac, as well as the bird overlay in the front. I've also seen one person even do it to the pontiac on the headlight cover. Thought that was interesting, a nice attention to detail. A silver LS1Tech sticker on the back window as well? Or black? Haven't seen one in a while, don't remember exactly what they look like.

Need some pics of people's cars that have done this, I've searched quite a bit and those efforts have come up lacking this time. I'd really appreciate it. Links would be great as well, since pics take up so much bandwidth. Suggestions of things I have overlooked or haven't considered yet would be awesome as well!! Thanks a ton people!!

yeah, theyre just gutter guard trimmed up to fit inside the stockers. i think it gives it a more aggressive look. $1.29 for a sheet at home depot.

Check out my site for pics. I used black on the rear fill in and the door badge ( TransAm ). I also used a small bird that goes on the top of the mirrors.

Mine's not pewter, BUT, I did do the Pontiac on the headlight cover, AND had a Bird painted on the piller (like the old school TA's... haven't seen it done before) .. just to give you some ideas. Pics are in my sig.
