I've been working on my carbon fiber fuel rail covers and now I need some help deciding what to do to finish them up. I had a set of carbon fiber Trans Am lettering made to put on them but I'm not sure that I like how dark they look. I decided to get a set of reflective red vinyl overlays to use as an outline but I didn't get them made quite big enough so I worked with what I had. Once I got them put on I really liked how the vinyl looked all by themselves. To help me decide I need to get some opinions from everyone.

There are different colors for carbon fiber. There are at least 5 colors that I know of. Found some on ebay in black and asked the seller if they could do a different color

If you're going through all that time and trouble I'd highly suggest making the logos smaller and moving them towards the front of the FRCs. Remember, you can only see the front half once installed.

First off, all options look really clean and nice.

IMHO, carbon fiber on carbon fiber looks a little on the busy side...I think the solid red vinyl looked a little cleaner...and I'm with Mark on shrinking the logos and moving them forward.

i vote for the Vinyl and CF together, but make the weave all the same direction. the A and NS in trans am have different direction, at least in the picture. another idea i have seen, a bit more money though, is to put the emblems from the doors on the FRCs. ive seen it and it looks really good

I noticed that the weave was off too but since it was quick I didn't mess with fixing it.

I thought about them being too big but I test fitted this weekend and they looked ok.
