Default Camaro license plate display....how do you do it?

First off I do realize some don't want to post their #'s online, 100%understandably. But if it doesn't bother you and/or you have #'s editted out, I'd love to see various options for mounting your license plates. Mine are on the '01 Z28 as basic as can be right now....but the screws are old and crappy, and I was considering not only some sort of frame for the rear, but also a relocation kit for the front.

All the frames at the parts stores look incredibly tacky and cheap, but I like the idea of a tasteful frame over directly attaching to the painted surface. Don't know if any exist. I also think a mandatory front plate DESTROYS the look of the grille and nullifies ever getting an aftermarket grille, so I was thinking of a relocation kit but the only pics I can find are on the company websites that show them without even a real plate in them. On a related note, I always get the stainless mounting screws that say rustproof and they rust anyways just from water after a while. Any luck with a particular type, or do the nylon look halfway decent?

Sorry for the stupid questions about something so trivial...I'm sure some of you understand that you have to look at it everyday and just want to get it right.

They sell the relocation brackets for LS1 Camaro & Thirdgen Firebird/TransAM and many more. I had one for my thirdgen, really good quality.

Yeah that's the place I was talking about....but it doesn't even show what a real plate looks like in there. I actually don't care for the look the way it is in that pic, but I was hoping an actual photo of someone using it would change my mind.

Mandrake- that doesn't look legal at all, you can only see the bottom 10% of the plate. They'd probably give you points for effort and just tell you to move it though....

Same place I have mine on my 94. I know in Ohio the law says as long as it is foward facing and on the front of the vehicle.

It's 1wkd6's fault for being the one to bring this up from the dead. I retract my post.

I took my stock black grille off, then bent the liscense plate to fit in the middel of where the grill used to be.
