http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/S...htm?E+coastest

That's where I got mine and it includes the 5" and 6" counterweights. When you buy them from the store they come with a 5" counterweight which is good for 5" sanding disc which is what is typically used for sanding and such. However when buffing you usually use a 6 or 6.5" pad so you need the 6" counterweight. Besides $119 isn't a bad price. Mine got here pretty quickly infact I think I got it the same week I ordered it (like 4 days or something).

Here are some decently priced pad kits: http://www.pinnaclewax.com/dual-action-polisher.html I got the deluxe kit and have been pretty satisfied with it.
