Meguires Cleaner Wax Results on Swirl Marks!!!
OK, well I have been researching how to get rid of all the swirl marks on my black SS. At first I was going to do the whole clay, polish, wax deal, but decided that I wanted to try to use the least amount of abrasives as possible. So I picked up some Meguires Carnuba Cleaner Wax. Take a Look. This was after only one application. BIG difference. I knew it wasn't going to be a complete cure, but didn't think it would help this much!

Yea, I'm going to try to go over it again with some other wax (not a cleaner). But I want to use this stuff at least once more to try and get some more of those scratches out. Pointless to put anything on it until after that.

Get yourself a porter cable polisher man. It is the best thing that I have ever used. I used it on my Z before I left the states and stored it. It looked just like the first picture that you had. After I was done I thought it had 4 miles on it again. BTW my Z is black too. I recently did my SS here in Greece and DAMN I hate red but it looked so good I threw the thought of repainting it out of my head.

Even if that is the case I don't mind waxing, so I think I am going to just hide the scratches for now. I know absolutely nothing about polishing a car and am not about to try to lean how on my car. Maybe if I had a beater, but I don't. I considered polishing, but I am worried that I will only make things worse.

Are sure you can layer those two? You might just be removing the nxt when you put on the #7 glaze.
