He missed one quote bracket before the liast 'img' tag.
Copy & paste, & fix it & it works.
Yes, it was an option on the SS cars.

CME was available in 01 and 02 on SuperSports. It was part of the 345 HP package that came with I believe a different lid also

CME was it's own SLP option in 01 and 02. I believe it was about $1,000 for it. It had nothing to do with the 345HP package. I have the 345HP package but no CME. 01 cars were 335HP because they didn't get the lid till late in the production run.

The dual/dual was the stock dual exhaust with dual tips.
The CME is the Center Mount Exhaust.

If you have the dual/DUAL, then you can't have the CME.
If you have the CME, then you can't have the 'dual tips'.

Please expain it for me.

Most people refer to the dual/dual as an exhaust with 2 tips but the tips are "forked" if that makes any sense. The CME is sometimes also referred to as a dual/dual setup as well but the term dual/dual gets used kinda losely. BTW, The dual tip CME is the best exhaust on a 4th Gen. F-body period....

The "345HP option" consisted of the Blackwing lid and
either of the two performance exhausts, in '02 - the
dual/dual or the CME. You could also have gotten a
"335HP" car having either the lid, or one of the exhausts.
Mine came with the exhaust only and I added the lid
after delivery. I wouldn't call them "factory" options,
the cars were "broken out" and sent to SLP and then
returned for distribution to dealerships. Not aftermarket
but not strictly "factory" either (hence two sets of option
stickers etc.).

Acutally all SS' went to SLP. SLP swapped the hoods, spoilers etc. They would also do any additional changes that the customer or dealer ordered, exhaust, suspension etc. Then the SS' went back to the factory and then shipped to dealers. Not much different then Saleen and Roush with the Mustangs.

For the 01 & 02s there were a total of 3 exhausts:
1. The single tip on each side (stock I guess you could call it).
2. The Dual/Dual with the tips everyone knows and a muffler change.
3. The CME with the dual tips with a muffler change.

Same exhaust, but two different setups for it.

The regular SLP Dual/Dual is the one you can purchase from their site. This is the one with the muffler and tips that come out the back (the plain dual tips on each side). It came on some SS's and such. The CME (Center Mount Exhaust) is the setup with the lower rear valence and dual flattened oval shapes. This setup was on some 01 and 02 SS's from SLP, but it utilized the Dual/Dual exhaust. Same intermediate pipe, same over-axle pipe, same muffler. The CME option just took the tips off, put on the lower valence, and added piping that routed the exhaust to the CME tips.

The CME is simply an appearance addition. It can be purchased and of course made to fit any catback. You just have the valence put on, the either buy SLP's 90-degree bends or have a shop make them for you. They just route your normal dual outlets from the muffler to the CME tips, that's all.

So basically, they're different appearances for the same Dual/Dual exhaust.
