Hmm..not sure how that would look. I'd just save up for an aftermarket cover.

I agree. Even if you paint it you still won't be able to see it so why waste your time.

If you don't paint it black, you might as well paint it pink.

Unless you add some bordering or detail to an aftermarket piece, I'd go black.

yeah...black is the way to go or get a T/A girdle and leave it grey. looks nice and beefy with that cover on it.

Yeah I've got the T/A girdle. Looks great and it'll help your 10 bolt survive too!

I agree..i think it works great...im still on my stock 10-bolt with 56k miles on it...over 600rwtq and its held up great (knock on wood) doesnt even whine. i do change the fluid regulerly also which helps.

I beat the crap out of my car when I actually drive it. The gears are dead quiet. They are Motive gears... the best IMO. I use Royal Purple oil always.
If you put the girdle and stud kit you should be Ok with the 10 bolt unless you drag race much. -Joshua

Oh yeah, on a stock cover black or nothing!

If anyone wants a new stock cover already painted black, I got one. I am going to go with a new rear (9") instead of fixing my current one, so I have no need for the cover. So if ya want it, PM me.
