ss hood hands down, its sexy and badass at the same time. next choice would be the sunoco, but i think that hood makes the camaro look like some type of hump-back fish.

I picked Mecham's 4-port extractor hood. I think it looks aggressive yet it still manages to look tasteful. I think it's also the most functional hood above. My next choices would have been the Mecham 2-port hood and then the Sunoco-style hood. I wouldn't even consider the SS hood since it's so played out.

agree. The SS is played out way beyond belief. Yes, it looks nice, but lets keep it on the SS's. Cowl hoods and Ultra Z hood are money in my book.

the mechams look hideous , other than performance purposes I dont know why anyone would have that ugly hunk-o-**** on their car. look good and be fast or look like *** and be slightly faster?

Awesome pics with no bad angles. I'm assuming that you have the Sunoco-style hood? It looks awesome! Is that a '96-'97 SS-style spoiler?

I have the Suncoast SS Style hood, and i really like it, instead of going smaller twards the back of the scoop it gets wider and sits taller than the Stock SS hood, It almost looks like the LT1 SS hood. I painted my hood scoop but you get the idea. I have more Pictures if needed.

SS and Sunoco change places for me. I like how both flow w/ the lines, and both give the car a great look.
