Wow both cars look awsome. How hard was it to remove the seats? Also what does your buddy use on that silver firebird it looks damn good?

the seats are only held in with 4 nuts, so they are pretty easy to get out. the drivers side is a little more tricky since it is power and has a few more trim pieces to take out but its still self explanatory. as far as the silver ws6, we just clay bared it, used meguiars #7 glaze and then meguiars gold class wax.

Thanks for all the compliments guys.

Do you need a buffer for that glaze? I've been hearing alot about that stuff lately

To Get It Work To The Best That It Can, Yeah. It Does A Decent Job With The 10 Inch Orbital Buffer That I Have, But I Hear That Its Alot Better On A High Speed Machine. Im Just Too Much Of A Wuss, And Afraid Im Going To Burn My Paint, So I Stick With The Easy Stuff.

So that silver firebird was done with a 10inch orbital buffer? If so how many coats and how long did you wait for it to "cure".

The "cure" time was just long enough for it to haze over, on both the glaze and gold class. i worked both with the buffer until i noticed a change in the way it was going on the paint then just let it sit till hazy.

OK cool thanks for the advice. I just did my silver formula with step 2 polish and gold class wax. It turned out good but not great. I will have to try this setup next time though. When you say hazy you mean when you wipe your hand over it the polish comes off. And when you go to G10 make sure to take tons of pictures.
