Pics of 2nd oldest LS1 F-body on the net...
Took a couple pics of the Trans Am tonight. I picked it up on 10/9/97... Hard to believe it is now 9 years old!!! From the surveys that float around once and awhile, I think Eboggs over on LS2.com is the one person who picked his up earlier...

Thanks for the compliments This thing is a PITA keeping clean though.
As far as problems, a few issues. Fuel pump died once, AC quit working right after the warranty expired, water pump had to be replaced and the driver side power window needed to be replaced. Nothing too major but everything that broke waited till AFTER the warranty ran out...
I am about to do a clutch in it soon and am contemplating headers/Y-pipe..

Yep, they have been around for a bit. It was fun when they first came out before much was known about them... Was fun seeing the looks on some modded LT1 owners when they found out mine was still stock..

Its people like you that are so worthy of owning a nice car such as our precious f-bodies. Nice car and nice work keeping her up. I know that the dark colors suck, but are so worth it when they are clean.
